Changed my mind

I tried this tape last fall and then wrote a review that I preferred the smaller X shaped tape that was on the market. I have found that there’s a delicate balance with the adhesive and the amount of coverage on your lips and after using this tape for more than a month now I plan to continue using it. I just wanted to correct the record!

I can breathe

This is the second order for me. After using simply breathe mouth tape I was surprised how much better I felt breathing through my nose. I have asthma and I am now only using my one inhaler a few times a week from using 2 inhalers many times a week. I'm also doing breathing exercises. I have tried other breathing mouth tapes that have torn my lips and skin which took a while to heal. I heard about simply breathe and thought I would try it after hearing the reviews and a client of mine told me about it and loved it. The tape stays on all night and no problem with it tearing my lips or skin taking it off in the morning. Super happy with this product and will order again.
