Not so sure

Because I need to take the tape off 2 to 3 times during the night, the stickiness depletes to the point that I need a 2nd tape to make it all the way till morning

Thank you for sharing your experience! Don't worry—this is completely normal when first starting out. As your body adjusts, you'll find yourself needing to remove the tape less frequently.

Quick tip: Before reapplying removed tape, dab it on your pillowcase or a cloth. This removes moisture and helps the adhesive stay strong throughout the night.

Comfortable and it works!

The first morning I woke up after using the mouth tape, I was amazed at how I felt - well rested and NO dull headache! The tape stay put all night (just be cautious of lip balm usage before applying the tape) yet they are easy to remove in the morning.

Much better sleep

I use them with my CPAP. They have allowed me to get away from the full face mask and use a small, comfortable nasal pillow mask instead. Totally eliminated mouth breathing.
